Join us for a Values workshop paired with a MYO: Herbal steam bar. We will explore the concept of Values and what role they play in our life. How we connect with others. How we gain a sense of self awareness but recognizing these ideas about ourselves.

We then explain the benefits that mother nature has graced us with while building your own unquie blend of herbs to use in the workshop practice and take home in a 16 oz bamboo glass jar from Sage & Hazel’s collection.

We practice the steam by mixing your blend with boiling water in a ceramic or glass bowl to create a mindfulness practice to cleanse the skin and embrace the present moment through a meditation practice based on an adapted practice featuring Leo Tolstoy’s - Three Questions.

Keep in mind, you may want to come fresh faced since we will be steaming the face although make - up wipes will be available. :)

ATTENTION: This is also a sniff at your own risk practice. We focus on the sense of smell as a somatic practice to ease the nerves. Please come aware of any allergies you may have to the herbs listed below and be sure to not include them in your blend.
