About Sage & Hazel
Creative. Conscious. Connection.
Sage & Hazel was built to be a guide in helping people learn more about their authentic self and how they interact in the world. I will help you gain insight to some parts of you that are the key to making better conscious choices in how we live our lives.
First, we need to get to know ourselves. I find it helpful and moving forward, means looking at the past. Understanding who you are and how you came to be, will allow you so many freedoms.
WIth this, I host workshops and make products to create tangible ways of making mindfulness approachable through natural materials and unique experiences. Not only to bring joy, but a hint of self awareness that you can take with you.
Why do good people go through such hard times?
I’m Jessica Bryer
Since 2010 I have been practicing using my creativity, my search for awareness and my connection to other people as a way of healing through some of the most challenging moments in my life. Moving cross country, losing my parents and almost losing others, having a child, getting married and then divorced, COVID and many other transitions within a 5 year span in my late 20’s.
When other resources are unavailable you have to find the things within yourself that will help you move forward.
At a very young age, I wondered why people suffer so much as I watched my loved ones struggle. Why do good people go through such hard times?
My interest in stories and ways of connecting, led me into the theatrical world. This is where I got to study human behavior, and tell a story to an audience to gain perspective.
Through my studies, I found that a connection and our awareness around it and ourselves is the key to bringing a little joy back into life.
